South Bay Barber Institute LLC ("SBBI," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. Message frequency: Frequency varies depending on your status and account activity.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message from SBBI to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

5. SMS Information Sharing — No Sharing with Third Parties

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our operations — for example, customer service vendors, SMS messaging providers, payment processors, and student information system providers — is permitted solely to enable those services. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or SMS consent records.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Students under 18 who enroll at SBBI must have a parent or legal guardian execute the enrollment agreement and provide SMS consent on their behalf.

If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18 without proper consent, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
